From construction companies to senior care providers, hundreds of small business owners use the month of May to network and advertise their companies at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Charles Garcia, the owner of Foso Construction, says his general contracting firm visits IMS to network with other contractors and service providers. In addition, he says it’s a great opportunity to connect and relax in a non-business environment. He says he looks forward to IMS creating more chances for small business owners to visit the speedway.
Ebony Ligon, the founder of Compassionate Senior Care, says her company is using a visit to IMS to create brand awareness about her statewide service provider. She says she enjoys meeting other small business owners and sharing ideas.
Migual Patterson, the CEO of Lampco Federal Credit Union, says his company often sues sporting events to reach out to the community and create new relationships with business owners.
