New mixed-use community opens in downtown Greer

A new mixed-use community is now open in downtown Greer.

Park View Greer features two L-shaped, four-story buildings with 257 apartment units and retail space. The community sits on 5.29 acres within Greer Station, adjacent to Greer City Park.

Community leaders celebrated the unveiling of the new complex at 1004 Parkview Greer Circle on June 26. The project was developed by Idea River Development and designed by Langley & Associates. NHE Inc. will oversee Park View Greer’s leasing and resident experience.

Keith Eades, owner and managing partner of Idea River Development, said their vision for Park View Greer was to create a place where modern living meets the unique spirit of downtown Greer.

“We’re proud to deliver a community that reflects the growth and energy of the city, while offering residents a peaceful retreat just steps from everything they need,” Eades said.

Park View Greer’s studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments include stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, private balconies and more. Other amenities within the complex include a coffee bar, pool, fitness center, pet park, community lounge with an outdoor terrace and 24-hour service availability.

“Park View Greer represents the kind of smart, forward-thinking development that strengthens our city’s economic foundation while enhancing the quality of life for our residents,” said Greer Mayor Rick Danner. “Its presence in the heart of Greer reinforces our vision of a vibrant, walkable downtown where people can live, work, and connect.”
