James T. “J.T.” Hannan has been hired as chief strategy officer for the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Hannan has extensive experience in both mixed-use development and governmental affairs. He was director of the Office of Rural Development for Gov. Jeff Landry, director of public and governmental affairs at the Bayou District Foundation and worked for University Medical Center New Orleans.
He earned a bachelor’s in political science from Loyola University-New Orleans and a master’s in nonprofit management from LSU.

Will Hinson has been named as senior adviser for The TJC Group.
Hinson has 35 years of experience. He recently retired from ExxonMobil Corp., where he held multiple public and government affairs positions. Before that, Hinson was the manager of legislative, community and public affairs for Georgia Gulf Corp.
He is a graduate of the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication.

James Lee has been hired by the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association as executive director of government affairs.
Lee previously served as legislative liaison for the Louisiana Department of Revenue. He was chair of Louisiana Young Republicans.
He is a graduate of LSU, the Charles Koch Institute and Pelican Leadership Academy.

Senna Bayasgalan has been named chief marketing officer for b1Bank.
Bayasgalan has more than 16 years of experience in marketing leadership, international brand building and communications.
She earned a bachelor’s in liberal arts from the University of Texas at Austin and is a frequent guest lecturer at Georgetown University.
