Barclay Damon announced the election of David Burch to the position of deputy managing partner, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Burch has been a member of the firm’s management committee for four years, where he has played a critical role in addressing firmwide issues. As managing director of the Syracuse office, he has successfully led one of the firm’s largest locations among its super-regional platform of offices. Burch has made this contribution while sustaining one of the largest practices in the firm in the areas of white-collar and regulatory litigation and compliance, working closely with a team of the firm’s highest performing lawyers and most significant clients.
