HRCU named Diamond Award recipient
ROCHESTER – Holy Rosary Credit Union was among 180 credit unions nationwide named as winners of America’s Credit Unions’ prestigious 2025 Diamond Award – the Marketing, PR & Development Council’s annual competition for marketing excellence. HRCU was recognized in three categories: logo, multifaceted (for HRCU’s Greenland branch) and re-brand/new corporate identity. The neighborhood credit union was also named “Category’s Best” in the re-brand/new corporate identity category.

Cinco’s Cantina donates $60,000 back to community
ROCHESTER — Cinco’s Cantina, a local, family owned Mexican restaurant with locations in Rochester, Dover, and Epping, announced a new and improved process for its Fiesta Fundraiser initiative to streamline participation and ensure an even greater impact on the community organizations that matter most. Since inception, Cinco’s Cantina has donated more than $60,000 back to the community.
The Fiesta Fundraiser program invites nonprofits and youth groups to partner with Cinco’s Cantina for a festive fundraising event where twenty percent of sales from each event goes directly to the participating organization, providing a fun and effective way to raise funds while bringing the community together.
This comes as the restaurant announces its April line up of Fiesta Fundraisers. Every Tuesday in April, Cinco’s Cantina will highlight a different local initiative:
April 8: Strafford Playground Committee
April 15: Community Partners of New Hampshire
April 22: Garrison City Futbol Club
April 29: Spaulding High School Lacrosse

The Fabulous Find raises $8,687.53 for the Monarch School of New England
ROCHESTER – The Monarch School of New England announced that it has received an $8,687.53 donation from The Fabulous Find, a nonprofit resale boutique in Kittery, Maine. This generous contribution will support the school’s mission to provide individualized education and therapeutic services for students with special needs.
“We are deeply grateful to The Fabulous Find and the community members who supported us through their shopping and donations,” said Jeanette Souther, Executive Director of the Monarch School. “This contribution directly impacts our students by helping to fund specialized programs that foster independence, communication, and life skills.”
COAST receives $50,000 donation from Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation
DOVER — Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, more commonly known as COAST, has received a $50,000 leadership gift from the Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation. The funds were given as part of an ongoing capital campaign to support the construction of a new administrative, operations and maintenance facility in Dover, N.H.
The project will be funded through a combination of federal, state (including CDFA tax credits), local and private sources, such as the contribution from Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation. To date, 81% of the estimated $17.3M projected cost have been raised.
“We are so grateful to Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation for their generosity and for recognizing the positive social and economic impacts that public transit brings to the Seacoast,” said Rad Nichols, Executive Director for COAST. “Our new facility is a downpayment on the future and with forward looking partners like Kennebunk Savings by our side, COAST will be able to continue to connect people and communities for another 40 years and beyond.”
In acknowledgement of their generosity, the main lobby of the new 48,000 square foot facility will be named in honor of Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation.
